 You can easily reserve your spot through our Cojilio booking system, which allows you to view available times and book directly online. Simply just click the "booking" tab at the top of our website and either create an account or book as a guest. 

 If you prefer, you can also call A-Team Sports, and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you with your booking over the phone. 

A-Team Sports offers private and group lessons in baseball, softball, golf, and athletic performance training. Our trainers specialize in hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, and strength & conditioning. 

Lessons are available for athletes of all ages and skill levels from young beginners just starting out to advanced players and adults looking to refine their game. 

Want to meet a trainer before you commit? Reach out to us and our A-Team staff will gladly set up a time for you to connect. 

Our mission is to offer a welcoming space for athletes of all ages. From tee ballers who are just learning the game to adults looking to keep their game strong. We welcome all! 

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To book one of the amenities we offer, the account holder must be over 18.years old.

You can view prices in two places on our website: directly when booking any of our amenities, or by clicking the Pricing tab in the menu. 

Each lane is outfitted with an L-screens, tee, and designated balls for practice, or for the pitching machines. These are in marked buckets for your easy identification.  

Lane 5 is home to our baseball machine and lane 6 is where our fast pitch softball machine can be found. These machines are not to be moved by customers.

For hygienic reasons, we do not provide helmets, bats or gloves. These items must  be brought with you. Please note that helmets are required to be worn at all times by anyone who is in a lane, even if you are not the hitter.

Yes! A-Team Sports offers facility rentals for birthday parties, team gatherings, and special events. 

You can reserve turf space, batting cages, or our Full Swing simulators, which include fun interactive games beyond golf, perfect for kids, teams, and families. 

Food and beverages are also available through our concessions area, The Dugout, to make your event complete.
